We worked quite hard on these songs, with certain mile-markers of the writing process highlighted in our YouTube videos back before this whole crazy contest came around. It's been an awesome, confusing, rewarding, frustrating, introspective ride, and with a difficult-to-book DIY tour about to commence, the amount and variety of adjectives is likely to increase. So I hope you're hungry for adjectives. And metal. And probably a tour journal.

excellent effort guys. i don’t know if i’d rate it higher than “visions of light” but it’s definitely in a contentious race. you’ve really raised the bar, both with the sheer brutality of some parts, and also the introduction of melodic vox YAY! this style of music DEMANDS the occasional detour from the cookie monster (although i love me lots of cookie monster). you’ve got a huge fan here in ohio. i’d love to see a tour involving iron thrones, the ocean, and opeth. how much more epic could it be? answer: NONE MORE EPIC!!!
